These Terms of Use govern your use of the nodrix software. nodrix is open-source software that you deploy and operate in your own Cloudflare account.

1. The software and its license

nodrix is released under the MIT License, which is the authoritative grant of rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors are not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the software or its use.

2. Self-hosting and your responsibilities

nodrix runs in your own Cloudflare account. You are solely responsible for your deployment — including its configuration and security, the devices and data you connect to it, any Cloudflare usage costs it incurs, and your compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to you. The project does not operate or have access to your instance or its data.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use nodrix lawfully, and not to use it to harm others or to infringe the rights of any third party. You are responsible for the content and conduct of the systems you build with it.

4. Third-party services

nodrix runs on Cloudflare and can connect to third-party services you configure, such as email or chat integrations. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

5. Trademarks

"nodrix" and the nodrix logo are marks of the project. Other names referenced on this website — such as Cloudflare, Blynk, ThingsBoard, Arduino, and Product Hunt — are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and comparison; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date shown above.
